Spiritual Gifts Survey

The Spiritual Gifts Survey helps individuals identify their God-given gifts for living faithfully as Christian disciples day by day and find meaningful ways to use their gifts in connection with others through the community of faith. The process helps people understand the nature of spiritual gifts and ways to enhance the effectiveness of their gifts by linking together with others.

HOST TEAM

Greeter Team

  • Create a comfortable environment for our Guests by offering a welcoming greeting and offering assistance and information as they join us in our Home.
  • We have opportunities to serve at both worship hours. We generally serve twice a month.

Parking Team

  • Create a comfortable environment and incredible first impression for Guests by offering a safe, easy parking experience with a high-energy welcome and clear directions.
  • We have opportunities to serve at both worship hours. We serve outside before worship – total serving time is approximately one hour. Dress for weather, this is an outside role.

Prep Team

  • Create a comfortable environment for our Guests by preparing each seat in a way that eliminates distractions and show we were expecting them.
  • We serve weekly on Thursday afternoon.

Hospitality Team

  • Create a comfortable environment for our Guests by providing convenient, quality refreshments and interaction with each guest as they approach the Hospitality Area.

WORSHIP

Traditional Worship Team

  • Choir members needed, to sing traditional hymns with piano/organ accompaniment.
  • We serve on Saturday morning at 9am for rehearsal and at 8am on Sunday, to prepare for the 9am worship. Total weekly commitment time approx.  3 hours weekly.

Finance Team

Counting Team

  • Count God’s Tithe and Offering after each Sunday worship. *Must be a member of The Way to serve in this role.
  • We have opportunities to serve after each worship hour, approx. once a month.

Missions are at the heart of our church.

Local Missions exist to meet the physical and spiritual needs of the local community. Various serving experiences are available throughout the year.

Global Missions exists to create a long-term relationship with people around the world.

We have an ongoing relationship with our partners in Nicaragua where we have planted a church and continue to support the church and the ministry in the area.
